Cookies

We only use cookies to identify the user session. The session ends when an order is placed or after two hours.

Collection of general data and information

We collect the following data that your internet browser sends to us:

  • browser type/version
  • operating system used
  • referrer URL (the page you visited before)
  • IP address
  • date and time of the server request.

This data is stored separately from any other personal data you may have provided and thus does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a specific individual. We delete this data after 14 days.

Collection of personal data

When you place an order, we store the following personal data: IP address, title, first name, last name, email address, billing address, shipping address. In the case of payment by bank transfer, we also learn the bank details you use. For parcels sent abroad, we record a contact telephone number. If you leave us a message during the ordering process or enter texts/order codes for the invoice and/or delivery note, these are also stored.

Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of Article 6 (1) b, c of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

Purpose of the processing of personal data

We store the IP address so that we can, for example, prove where an order was placed from. The other personal data is required for the proper fulfilment of the contract, in particular for the legally required transmission of documents relevant to the contract and for sending ordered goods.

Retention period of personal data

The IP address is deleted after six months, the other data after expiry of the retention period under commercial or tax law.

Transmission of email address / telephone number to shipping service providers

If you, during the ordering process, authorise us to do so, we will transmit your email address to the shipping service provider. The transmission is for a specific purpose, the use of the email address is limited to the processing of the shipment(s) for your order. For international shipments we always transmit the email address to the shipping service provider for any necessary contact.

Right to rectification

You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal data relating to you.

Right to erasure

You have the right to request that we delete personal data relating to you without delay if the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request us to restrict the processing of personal data relating to you in the cases referred to in Article 18(1) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

Right to data portability

You have the right to obtain the personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Right to object

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in a Member State if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you does not comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
